Pandora Labs Founder, Isaac Sabas appointed as Vice President of Product inside Bolton Labs
Boca Raton, FLORIDA - 26 February, 2019 - Bolton Labs today announced their acquisition of Pandora Labs, a Philippines-based cloud security services provider. Pandora Labs’ delivery capabilities will be integrated into Bolton Lab’s Security Operations Center Enablement Platform allowing them to deliver the technology, training, and services required to successfully launch and run Security Operations Centers (SOCs) around the world.
Founded in 2013 by entrepreneur Isaac Sabas, Pandora Labs delivers cloud-based threat detection software that is in use by a large number of Philippines-based companies in the financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. Pandora Labs’ existing customers will now be serviced by Bolton Labs.
Included in the acquisition is Pandora Labs’ proprietary training program which will be incorporated into Bolton Labs own training solution, Bolton Academy. Bolton Academy delivers value-added training services as well as certification and deployment for security analysts that power Bolton Labs SOC-as-a-Service offer.
In addition, as part of the transaction, Bolton Labs will establish a brand new Security Research and Development facility in the fast-growing tech hub of Bonifacio Global City, which, in recent years has become a hotbed of security activity and home to many SOCs for global companies. The facility will deliver expanded product development capabilities and 24x7 risk profiling teams which will enhance Bolton Labs' service levels for its growing global customer base.

Sabas will also serve on Bolton Labs' Board of Directors. Details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
